Years 1-2:
Foundation & Specialization
- Foundation Courses alongside selected PGP classes to ground you in business fundamentals
- FPM Enablers including Research Methodology, Qualitative Research Methods, and Theory Building Approaches
- Domain Expertise in Marketing Research, Consumer Culture Theory, and Communication Studies
- Skills Development through Case Teaching, Writing Seminars, and AI/allied technologies
Year 3:
Global Immersion & Research
- International University Partnership for three months of global research culture exposure
- Annual Progress Seminars to refine your research trajectory
- Proposal Development with your Thesis Advisory Committee

Year 4:

Who We Seek
- Postgraduate/Master’s degree (60%+ marks) in management, communications, humanities, or social sciences
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline after 10+2 system
- International candidates with equivalent qualifications welcome
Research Passion
Exposure and understanding in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Advertising, or Journalism provides added advantage for success in our programme.

- First Screening through comprehensive online interviews
- Campus Immersion – Three-day process at MICA Ahmedabad:
- Written Test assessing theoretical understanding and analytical ability
- Individual Presentation on your research proposal (15 minutes)
- Personal Interview evaluating programme fit and research passion
- Holistic Evaluation combining test performance, presentation quality, interview insights, and academic background
Fully Funded Excellence
Complete Financial Support for Every Scholar:
- Full tuition waiver throughout the programme
- Monthly stipend: ₹38,000 (Years 1–2), ₹41,000 (Years 3–4)
- Contingency grants: ₹25,000–₹30,000 annually for research expenses
- International immersion fully funded by MICA
- Conference participation support for national and international presentations
