OR Industry Hire
- Ph.D. desirable with MBA or post-graduate degree/diploma.
- 8-10 years of teaching skills at institutes of professional repute.
- 15-20 years managerial/senior managerial experience and expertise in a relevant field including international experience.
- Excellent industry connections.
- Received national/international awards.
- Demonstrated contributions pertinent to area/field.
- A few Referred conference papers and publications.
OR Research hire
- Several A* publications (including FT50 and UT Dallas).
- A large number of high-quality publications in all.
- Desirable: Proposed plan for at least one book as author/co-author in own area.
- Confirmed research grants/industry funds.
- Recognition at local, national and international levels as Innovator, Thought Leader; awards, speeches at international conferences and forums.
