- Ph.D. desirable with MBA or post-graduate degree/diploma
- 8-10 years of teaching skills at institutes of professional repute
- 15-20 years managerial/senior managerial experience and expertise in a relevant field including international experience
- Excellent industry connections
- Received national/international awards
- Demonstrated contributions pertinent to area/field
- A few Referred conference papers and publications
OR Research hire
- Several A* publications (including FT50 and UT Dallas)
- A large number of high-quality publications in all
- Desirable: Proposed plan for at least one book as author/co-author in own area
